Today I am sharing a fun and easy treat for Valentine’s, and a free fun Valentine’s Day word game printable. This treat is one we all know and love, crispy rice treats with a Valentine’s day twist.
Math skills were used in making these yummy little treats. We are learning fractions and used this opportunity to learn about 1 whole cup and 1/2 cups, as well as Tbsp. You can make any cooking activity into a math lesson. Remember when you homeschool you can learn anywhere!
Don’t forget to scroll on down after the yummy treat and download your free Valentine’s word games.

Love this! I will have to go on a hunt for heart molds now. Too bad “our” dollar store is so far away, or I would go today. My kiddos love treats with Rice Crispies…and so do I. So glad to be sharing this Homeschool Days Hop with you. Thanks! 🙂
